2. What decoration methods do you use?
We offer embroidery, puff embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, screen printing, and heat transfers to suit your style, quantity, and budget.
3. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the decoration method. Embroidery and direct-to-film (DTF) printing have no minimums, while silk screen printing requires a minimum of 12 pieces.
4. Can you help with logo design or artwork?
Yes! Our design team can create a new logo from scratch or clean up your existing artwork to make it print- or embroidery-ready.
5. What file types do you accept for artwork?
We prefer vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF, but we can also work with high-resolution .PNG or .JPG files.
6. How long does production take?
Most orders are completed in 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
7. Do you provide samples before production?
Yes. For embroidery, we can provide a sew-out sample. For printing, we offer digital mockups so you can approve your design before we start.
8. Can you ship orders?
Yes! We offer local pickup and nationwide shipping. Shipping rates vary based on weight and location.
9. Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?
Absolutely. We provide discounted rates for large quantities, corporate programs, schools, and contract printing customers.
